How do I delete my account?
If you've decided to no longer use JustTheRecipe and want to delete your account, here's how to do it.
Mobile app
- Open the JustTheRecipe app on your device.
- Tap on the "Settings" icon located at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on "Delete my account."
- Confirm that you want to delete your account and all associated data.
Website
Unfortunately, at the moment, the website doesn't have a built-in account deletion option. However, you can still request to have your account deleted by contacting our support team at support@justtherecipe.com. Please make sure to include your account email address in the email.
Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all data associated with your account, including saved recipes and personal settings. This action cannot be undone.
