How do I cancel my subscription?

If you ever decide to cancel your subscription, we're sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. We'll never hide the cancellation process, and we try to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel at any time. 🙂

Note: If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, you'll continue to have Premium access until the end of that period.

The steps for canceling your JustTheRecipe Premium subscription will depend on the platform that you used to subscribe.

On the web

1. Sign in to your JustTheRecipe account on the website.
2. Click your account icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Select "Manage subscription."
4. Click "Cancel plan" and follow the instructions.

On the iOS app

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap "Subscriptions."
4. Select your JustTheRecipe subscription.
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and follow the instructions.

On the Android app

• On your Android device: 
  1. Open the Google Play app 
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Select your JustTheRecipe subscription.
• Tap Cancel subscription.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
