Where did my account go?

If you cannot access your JustTheRecipe account, there could be a few reasons why.

First, please ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your account. In some cases, users accidentally create multiple accounts with different email addresses. If you suspect this may be the case, try logging in with any other email addresses you may have used to create an account.

JustTheRecipe uses email login but also supports authentication with Google, Apple, and Facebook. If you have used different authentication methods that share the same associated email address, the accounts will be automatically linked together. In other words, a JustTheRecipe account is always identified by the email address associated with the method you used to sign in.

If you are certain that you are using the correct email address but you still can't access your account, it's possible that you manually deleted your account. Unfortunately, the data cannot be recovered once an account is deleted. If you did not delete your account and still can't access it, please contact us and include the email address associated with your account, and we will do our best to help you recover it.
